Guidance on Natural Remedies

As part of my stand against pharmaceutical practices I have prepared this list of advisory natural remedies for common mental and spiritual disorders commonly grouped together as mental illness.

I am not a doctor nor a nurse. This is advice, nothing more. Ultimately the only real, eternal hope rests in Jesus Christ, the Son of God who came into the world to save sinners.

Mental disturbances:

  • Depression:
    • St. John’s Wort (caution required)
  • Anxiety:
    • Camomile
    • Black tea
    • Hot milk
    • Milk chocolate
  • Insomnia:
    • Valerian
    • Hot milky drink
      • Hot chocolate
      • Hot milk and honey
      • Malty hot milk

Dealing with negative spiritualities:

  • Far Eastern or Indian rooted spiritualities:
    • Tonic water (caution required)
    • Tobacco (extreme caution required)
  • American influences:
    • Cannabis (guidance from Ethiopian based Biblical religions strongly advised)
    • Black tea with milk (with or without sugar)
    • Coffee (with milk and/or sugar) (extreme caution required)
  • British and Germanic sorceries and magick:
    • Rowan cordials (preparation methods currently unknown)

(Note: I am not a doctor and can only go on that which I know. The prior list is advisory only.)
